Checked 30 Sep 2026. These are public-page gaps, not bugs inside their product. Do not present them as outages.
The Why page says the iOS and Android app is "coming in 2026." The solar FAQ says the app already exists and that field teams can log notes and close alerts. Apple lists PVPulse 1.0.2, first released 3 Sep 2026, updated 11 Sep 2026, with one rating. The description does not mention notes or closing alerts. The bundle id is still org.reactjs.native.example.nwmobileplatform. That id on Google Play was not found (404).
The company timeline says NextWave was born in 2018. The 26 Aug 2025 press release says founded in 2019. In a SolarAcademy conversation, the CEO says the company is six years old. Do not pick one.
/docs, /api, /support, /help, /blog, /status, and /news returned 404 and are not in the sitemap. The solar page still says "API and SCADA interoperability" and points readers to Sales or Support. A careers page asks customer success to draft news and blog releases. Public contact paths found: the phone number on the site, support@nwemon.com, and info@nwemon.com.
The solar page names NextWave Core and NextWave Pro (NEMA4, UPS, SCADA, fiber) and publishes no spec sheet. The sitemap has zero PDFs. A third-party catalog lists a NextWave Pro brochure, but the file itself was not reachable. That listing is catalog copy, not a NextWave PDF.
Terms (updated 23 May 2025) say the product lives at nextwavemonitoring.com and that pricing is on the platform. nwemon.com/pricing is 404. The login URL is a blank JavaScript shell titled Next Wave Platform (last-modified 18 Sep 2026). The homepage Book a Demo link still points at staging-nextwave.webflow.io, which was up on 28 Sep 2026. This is a map, not an outage.
The solar FAQ says data is encrypted in transit and at rest, customer-owned, with permissions and audit tracking. The privacy policy was last updated 1/12/24 and attributes ISO 27001, SOC 2, and GDPR to AWS, not to a NextWave audit. No status page or trust report is in the sitemap. This is not a finding that controls are missing.
